Slides

My dad likes to take pictures, and until about 10 years ago he would get them developed into slides instead of pictures. I love pulling out the old projector and looking at all the pictures, but it is a pain to not have those handy pictures to pull out when you need them. So for Christmas my siblings and I gave my parents the present of their slides converted onto a disc. I was able to borrow a special scanner from my aunt and uncle and I have scanned about 4,700 slides! I am now finishing my dad's mission slides for him, there was no way I could get it all done for Christmas. It was so much fun to see all the pictures of us kids with all of our adventures in Wyoming and everywhere else. Here's just a couple.

This was in Rock Springs, my parents took us three youngest on a little day drive up on White Mountain. Which isn't a mountain at all.

That's so fun! What a project for you to undertake though. It's a good idea. My parents also have slides, so I might need to steal your idea someday. Love that picture of you and Megan. Those were the days :)
