Time flew by, which I'm sure was aided by drowsiness from night time feedings and getting into routine with three kids, but we still had a great Halloween. Adam was dracula, Emma was Rapunzel, and Noah was a wolf. We went trick or treating for the first time in our neighborhood and the kids loved it, then we went to say hello to my parents and then to Matt's parents.
November
We blessed this little guy! Noah Jay, after my dad. Matt did such a wonderful job just as he always does and each time it reminds me how grateful I am for the priesthood and for Matt. Noah was great the whole time, and after all our family came to our house for soups and breads. I was super excited to find this blessing outfit, it's a knit sweater and pants. (I'm not a huge fan of the baby tuxedo)
November was spent a lot at home. Matt was gone a ton for work, even traveling to Las Vegas twice, so me and kids decided to make personal pizzas.
December
We had so much fun with family, and decorating, and presents galore. It was a great year. Oh, except for a sickness that swept through like a wildfire on a plain of dry buffalo chips. yup I said that. It hit us all so fast the night of our annual traveling family dinner. Matt and his two brothers had been complaining about feeling achy the day before and morning of, then we all met together at 3 and it was down hill from there. Luckily Noah and I were spared the worst of it, but Matt, Adam, Emma, along with pretty much everyone else in Matt's family got a stomach bug. Fevers and throwing up is all I need to say. But this girl was still happy to decorate her gingerbread house.
Matt couldn't get off the couch by the end of the night. His brother was on the other couch.
Decorating christmas trees at my moms house with all the grandkids.
With Matt traveling so much it was nice for him to take off a whole week during Christmas.
Christmas morning
A yummy Christmas breakfast!
New Year's Eve party with the kids. An end to another GREAT year!
Noah snoozed through the whole thing!
2014 was good to our family. There was a new house, another new job for Matt, and a new baby along with all the good things that happen daily that makes us happy.
