Traveling Dinner

Each year at Christmas, Matt's family has a traveling dinner and it's one of my favorite traditions. We used to have one extra house and course to eat, but since Melissa and Pat decided to move across the country(still sad about that) we just came to our house for some delicious appetizers, then we were off to Matt's parents for the main course, and finally to Matt's Grandma's for dessert and to make gingerbread houses. Everything was SO good, I will be full for a week!

For appetizers we had triple cheese artichoke dip with crackers and creamy cranberry meatballs. Both were new recipes we wanted to try, and delightfully delicious!!

The three kids decorating their houses. Actually Lily and Adam decorated their houses while Emma ate all the candy they left within her reach. Matt said he has never seen a little girl pound down candy like she did. She will probably be sick tonight!

Adam was so excited to do gingerbread houses and I think he was on a suger high, yet exhausted at the same time. This face was the result.
