An update of weighty importance

My father-in-law, sister-in-law, her husband, and I are all playing biggest loser to help motivate us to lose weight. We started two weeks ago from this last Tuesday, and in that two weeks I have lost 5 pounds!!! Yeah for me! I'm really happy since the healthy weight loss is 2 lbs per week. I'd like to stay at that pace and since I'm one ahead I want to make sure I don't lose too quickly just to rebound and gain it back. Slow and steady wins the race in my opinion! So wish me luck over the next week or two so that I can maintain my pace!
