Emma's New 'Do'

I sometimes watch my sisters three girls while she volunteers at her boy's school on Tuesday mornings, and one time Abby wanted me to do her hair. I succeed in making it presentable and the next couple times she came over, she insisted I do it again. I had a newly found respect for mothers of daughters everywhere. I had no idea how much little girls move their heads while doing their hair!! I cannot believe that my own mother was able to do my hair with such PERFECTLY straight parts, and I was quite obsessed with not having ANY 'bumps' in my hair. It had to be very smooth. So after accomplishing doing my 4 year old niece's hair, I thought I should try on Emma. I was nervous about her tender little head and hairs, but it worked out and she didn't seem to mind it at all!

She looks so cute. I can't believe she's 4 months already. I've heard you should start doing their hair regularly when they are young so they are use to it as the get older.

So Stinkin' Cute!!

Sorry to hear about the house, it is crazy how things make no sense at the time they happen...but always seem happen for a reason. Good luck with everything, something will come along and just fall in to place for you!

That hair makes her look so big, I can't believe how fast they grow. Cute Halloween pictures. Good luck with the house stuff, we had a different house fall through before we got the one we are in, and now I am so glad it did.

I love little Em's hair. She's such a happy little girl. Now Carly always wants aunt jess to do her hair too.

I'm a little jealous....hopefully Elle won't be hair-challenged forever like her mom. Very cute Jess!

ps. not all of us moms with daughters have issues with hair.. we just choose to never do it! Two thumbs up for "orphan-child hair"!!
