Mother's Day was great this year(though last year was great too). We got to visit both of our cute moms, who are just the best, and then we also got to talk to Matt's brother Steve who is on his mission. Matt did something extraordinary for me this mother's day, he built me something that I've wanted and looked for for over a year. The ones that I have found in the size that I wanted have been anywhere from $120- $250, which is not in my budget. I like this item more than the others that I've seen since it has Matt's own design and just the fact that he made it just for me, and that he's never done anything like it before. He built me a hanging quilt rack! Thanks Matt, you're the best husband ever!!
I could only find 2-3 foot racks and I wanted a 4 foot rack, and for much cheaper than those sold at boutiques! So, I was super impressed since Matt has never had woodshop or done any wood working, thanks hun!
Matt decided that he is going to start making more and different varieties of shelves and quilt racks to sell, so if any of you are interested you can email me (hyperlite82@hotmail.com) and let me know the details (stained or unfinished, painted, shelf or quilt rack, etc.) and we are only going to charge about $50 for one.
