I have a love/hate relationship with my Jeep. I love it for many reasons, it's fun to drive, we can take it to Moab, it doesn't get stuck in the snow even if you try, and it's a Jeep. I love stepping up to get in, rather than a stepping down to get in our car, but SUV's are just too much of a gas-guzzler. If you know my family then you know we all love Jeeps! At one point I think my parents and all 4 of us married siblings had Jeeps. But slowly we've all sold them except for Matt and I. I think it's time. The hate part of the relationship has been renewed this week, I took it in for the safety and emmission tests and it failed safety. Not for one or two things, but seven!! I think the guy was a real stickler but I knew deep down it was going to fail even before I took it in. The sad part is that I don't think that we will get more than a couple hundred bucks for it because of all the things that are falling apart. A car dealership just offered us $500, and I think the guy thought he was being generous because he really wanted us to buy one of his cars. So hopefully KSL will be my friend just one more time and help me sell this baby to some Jeep loving person who doesn't mind fixing it up. (I heart KSL, it's helped me sell so many things!!) I'll miss my Jeep because it has so many fonds memories!! Matt bought it I think to please me and to help convince me to marry him, but it was our first car and the only one for almost our first two years. Oh, good times, good times.

I was cleaning the inside and Adam found the steering wheel and had a ball in there. Don't all kids love to play in cars? As kids Megan and I played alot in our suburban, we played James bond and she always made me be Money Penny and she got to be James Bond. Go figure, she older. (random I know)

My Jeep.

I totally understand the whole love, hate relationship with cars, but sometimes you just have to cut the apron strings, j/k! There isn't anything more frustrating than car problems. I've often said that everyone should just have a horse, but than there's that whole having to buy hay thing, so I don't know! I am soooooo sorry though, and I hope that KSL will be kind to you guys again. Love the picture of Adam behind the wheel, he's just preparing ya. Hey does Matt know about the whole James Bond thing?
Haha... well at least you were the girl, I don't know why it would be cool to be a boy, even if it was james bond.
Yes you do love Jeeps I remember riding in one with you in high school I can't remember if it was yours, your parents? Good luck selling it! I love the cute picture with Adam driving!
i feel you... when we get rid of our very first car (which is a complete junker that's held together with duct tape and a prayer) it will be a sad day for us... mostly cuz i'll have to share my car... but that's beyond the point!
great looking car though, sucks that you have to get rid of it!
ps. hahahahahaha cracking UP over you and Meg's Bond adventures!!
We miss our Grand Cheeroke, gotta love Jeeps. Good Luck selling it!!!
You even had a jeep in high school didn't you? I have pictures of you, me, Shelley, and Ashlee Hancock posing in your jeep over Memorial Day weekend our junior year. I'll have to show you them sometime. They're funny. We also have a jeep and we just love it, but we also think that we should get something a little more fuel efficient. Good luck on KSL :)
I feel you yo! I was so sad when I had to sell my Mustang convertible becuse we knew it wouldn't make it to Arizona.(then when we came back a month later I was really sad I sold it) It was my baby. I still think about drives in the mountains with the top down...*tear,Sigh* the good old days!
