My Hair!!!!

Anyone that has had a baby can probably relate to this, and I knew it would happen. I started losing my hair about 3 weeks after I had Adam, and it has been getting worse and worse. Matt has had to put drano in our tub and sink like 2 or 3 times. I woke up today and started to do my hair a certain way and this is what I find. A huge bald spot. This picture doesn't do it justice I don't think, but of course it's my own hair I'm talking about. It's on both sides of my head! I guess I should really start on my prenatal vitamins again.

On another note Adam was a little fussy today, and I couldn't figure out what was bothering him. I tried everything , but he just wasn't happy. So I realized that his outfit was a little small for him even though it was new and a 6-9 month outfit, so I thought he could at least wear it a couple times. So I took it off and he was all smiles! But then he wouldn't let me even put anything else back on him.

Gotta love it when they can't wear brand new outfits. And I totally know what you mean about the hair.

Don't worry too much about your hair. It usually grows back. They problem is then you have tons of baby hairs to deal with. I still have tons of short, wispy hair from the hair I lost after having Dallin. I'm sure it will all grow to the right length just in time to have baby number to. Isn't mother hood fun? :) And that picture of Adam is the cutest! He is just so stinkin' cute. I think he looks a lot like his Daddy.

I feel your hair pain. I have the same problem but mine is growing back nicely. There is a shampoo and treatment called NIOXIN you can by at salons or if you have a someone that has a beautician license that can get it for you cheaper, but it helps a lot. I've used it with Cameron and Kate. Adam is getting so big. He is so cute.

At least you have nice thick hair, so I'm sure it's not too noticeable except when you lift your hair back like that. He's getting so big. You gotta love that smile too. He's super cute Jess.

Try the nioxin, Meg says that it works really well. Good luck

Olivia loves to be naked, too. I agree with Kelli. Nioxin works. I never lost chunks like that, but the new baby hair whisps are fun to deal with!

I'm so sorry about your hair. It will grow back. I have lost so much hair. Adam sounds just like my baby Jace, he is in 12 month clothes and he is 4 months old. I know how you feel, they grow up to fast. Enjoy!!

I have been lucky so far and haven't lost hair (knock on wood)! Baby clothes run so funny, I have Carter in a pair of pants that say 9 months on them and he's 3 1/2 months it makes buying clothes really hard too! That is so cute that that is all that was wrong with Adam, that is the cutest smile!

I think I lost half the thickness of my hair after baby #2. However, you'd look beautiful without any hair at all!!

Yea, I hear Adam gets his wanting to be naked from Matthew. I hear he liked to streak everywhere! (JK!)
