So I love my man Adam, but I'm a little frustrated. He has always been a really good baby and an especially good sleeper ever since we brought him home from the hospital. He recently started sleeping through the night, which made me super excited since he's still so little. Well just last week he's decided that he wants to wake up between 2:30 and 4:30 in the morning. He'll do that for 3 nights and then sleep for 8 or 9 hours one night, and then return to waking up in the night again. So I have ended up pretty much sleeping on the floor in his bedroom because I have to put his binky back in about every 10-15 minutes, and I got tired of walking down the hallway. Now I don't feed him when he wakes up (don't judge me!) because if I do, then the next night he wakes up at the same time or sooner wanting to be fed again, and then it happens again the next night and the next and it will go forever! So lucky for me he has decided to do this the week that school starts. So it's a good thing that I don't have early classes or I'd not be worth a dime. So this is a cute picture of him sleeping, now only if I can get him to do this all night every night again!

Oh Jess, I'm sorry. I wish I could say that I have some good advice, but I don't. You have my sympathy though. He is so super cute. Good luck with school!
Just so you know, I think it is totally ok that you don't feed him. Dallin started sleeping through the night at about 6 weeks, so on the few nights that he would walk up at 3, I just popped him binky in and if that didn't work,, I let him cry for a little bit and tried the bink again. It usually took after the 3rd time. And by 3-4 months we didn't have that problem anymore. Just stick it out. It's a good think he's so stinkin cute or you might want to send him back. :)
Hey Jess! My Kaden did this and it was awful. He went from sleeping 10 hours a night when he was about 6 weeks to waking every 2 or 3 hours at 3 months. I think it's great you stopped feeding, I fed Kaden and he only got worse-waking every 1 1/2 hours. Don't worry-it will get better! He's such a doll!
you're doing great Jess! He's such a good little guy.
He's just trying to break you in! That's their plan you know, wear the folks down then they can begin to rule to family! You might as well give up now and realize they ARE in charge!
But really, hang in there; it only gets harder! ;)
What a cutie for a son you have! And soooooo good. Thanks for coming to Bear Lake and spending some time. Good luck finishing up school.
Love Becky
